Dental veneer treatment is usually phased out over 2-3 appointments, beginning with your consultation and preparation, then bonding the permanent new veneers usually about two weeks later.
This will depend on how wide your “smile zone” is. For some people, it’s only six upper front teeth. Others may need as many as 8-10 veneers or more.
Proper maintenance and protective nightguards can help your porcelain veneers last a decade or more before needing to be updated. There is also a difference in longevity between composite veneers and porcelain veneers. Porcelain veneers last longer and are more durable.
